Kiran Reddy Avuthu, Co-founder
Kiran, a dynamic leader and innovator, co-founded Drava Naturals in 2022, a farmer-first aggregator platform dedicated to revolutionizing the agricultural sector. Drava Naturals connects farmers to markets through community-based small-scale distilleries and food processing units, specializing in essential oils and powdered extracts.
Kiran’s commitment to leadership, innovation, and collaboration drives his mission to empower communities and create sustainable economic opportunities for farmers. His work at Drava Naturals embodies his vision of fostering impactful connections and nurturing growth within the agricultural sector. Kiran is also the founder of Helm of Eight in 2017 to support individuals working within the social impact space.
Yash Rajani studied at Texas State University and worked for 3 years in Dallas, Texas for a major logistics company. He has 8 years of experience in International Warehousing and Transportation. He has consulted several Indian companies in the Nutraceutical, Food Extracts, Jewelry and Apparel categories and helped them scale their global operations.
